SSOE is an international architectural / engineering firm based in Toledo, Ohio and is ranked 8th in the nation.
Communiprov was asked to deliver talks on oral presentation skills and on the steps to more effective Power Point presentations. These talks were followed by three days of one-on-one personal presentation coaching. Prior to the coaching sessions each participant was videotaped delivering a presentation which utilized some form of visual support (Internet or Power Point).
In advance of the coaching sessions, each taped presentation was reviewed and a training plan was developed for each participant.
A one-on-one coaching session was then conducted with each participant. The tape was reviewed and specific suggestions were made on how to improve both the oral presentation and the supporting material.
A week after the last one-on-one coaching session, we met with the participants in small groups in which each presentation was delivered live utilizing the recommendations given during the individual sessions.

Just a quick note to tell you that several of my colleagues mentioned that they thought my presentation skills had improved in both content and delivery. I was nervous, but I think overall I felt more confident.
